Cruise Planners is a full service travel business, however, Cruise Planners is merely a selling agent for the individual cruise lines, and we make no warranties express or implied. Cruise Planners is not responsible for last minute changes of price or itinerary by the cruise line, or any errors or omissions displayed on this or any page.
Please be advised that any special amenities or events associated with this cruise are for guests booked through Cruise Planners/GottaCruise under Saving Little Hearts Cruise~
Minimum Deposits:
1st Deposit $250 per guest is needed to confirm the group rate and cabin assignment. Book early if you want to secure triple/quad stateroom. Final payment due 3/9/2011.(no later than 75 days prior to departure. **Monthly payments can be arranged.
**Deposit are refundable up until final payment 3/9/2011**
Once final is made cancellation from the Cruise Lines apply: (see below)
Triple/Quad staterooms fill up quickly so reserve them as soon as possible. Reminder *3rd/4th guests sharing a stateroom will be charged at the available rate at time of booking
Fuel Supplement: The cruise line reserves the right to reinstate the fuel supplement, of $9, per person, per day, should the costs of crude oil rise exceed $70 a barrel.

Travel Insurance
We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance. Information will be supplied to you when your Cruise Planners agent contacts you.
Travel Documents
Everyone MUST have a valid Passport, regarless of age, and a photo I.D. to show Proof of Citizenship. Voter registration or social security cards are not considered proof of citizenship. Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid Passport and hpotoa I.D
Boarding will be denied to anyone that fails to bring the proper documentation. Proper documentation is your responsibility. For more information on passports, please go to:

Please inform your Cruise Planner agent if you are anyone traveling with you will need special assistance: Special diets,
wheelchair assistance etc...
Additional administrative policies:
There shall be a service charge of $35 for all checks returned for insufficient funds and a $25 service charge for all credit or debit cards that are denied payment. There will be a $25 administration fee charged by Cruise Planners for any change made to the reservation. After the final payment date, the administration fee will be $50. Depending upon the proximity to the sailing date, there may also be a change fee assessed by the cruise line. Once booked, the cabin is jointly "owned" by all passengers registered in it. In the event that one person cancels, the remaining person(s) is financially responsible for the total cost of that cabin. Remember, cabin prices are per person based on double occupancy. Any refunds, in this circumstance, must be negotiated between the persons responsible for the cabin.
